SHR EIR Update - Wastewater Facility Scrapped

Concordia has changed it’s plans with regards to the “waste treatment facility” originally included in their SHR submission to the City of Escondido. At this point they have removed the waste treatment facility and will now need to address how this change will impact the water needs and water availability for their sprawling development plan. SPVPA will continue to monitor and comment on this issue as needed.
