Harvest Hills Land Could Return to the San Pasqual Band
The Coast News reports that the Harvest Hills property, the 1,100 acres north of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park once slated for 550 luxury homes, could be among the first lands returned to the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians. Oswit Land Trust signed an agreement in 2024 to buy the land from Concordia Homes and plans to transfer it to the tribe while keeping a conservation easement; the purchase is waiting on grant funding. As far as we know, this is the first agreement Concordia Homes has signed to part with the property. SPVPA strongly supports the purchase.
